This Privacy Policy describes how Innospire Technology Limited (“Company”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Wevoice Ebenezer (the “App”).
- Information you provide: a display name you enter during onboarding or settings.
- User content: photos/images captured by the camera or smart glasses, audio recordings, text messages, and the resulting transcripts or AI responses.
- Device and connection data: Bluetooth device identifiers (for pairing), Wi-Fi SSID and password you enter to connect your smart glasses, and network status needed for connectivity.
- Permissions-based data:
- Camera: to capture images for recognition.
- Microphone/Audio: to record voice messages and transcribe speech.
- Bluetooth / Nearby devices / Wi-Fi state: to pair and connect with smart glasses and transfer data.
- Location (Android): required by the OS for Bluetooth scanning on some Android versions; we do not use GPS to track your location.
- We do not use advertising identifiers or run third-party analytics/ads SDKs.
- Provide core features: capture and analyze images, record and transcribe audio, generate AI responses, and support live calls.
- Connect to smart glasses and transfer photos or settings (including Wi-Fi credentials you provide).
- Maintain app functionality, troubleshoot issues, and improve stability.
- Service providers that help us run the App:
- Supabase (storage and server functions).
- Stream (video/call services).
- AI service providers (for transcription and AI responses) via our backend.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Data Storage and Retention
- Local storage: chat records, images, audio, display name, and Wi-Fi credentials are stored on your device using local storage. You can clear them from the app or by uninstalling.
- Server processing: when you use transcription, AI features, or live calls, your content is sent to our servers and may be processed by third-party providers. We retain data only as needed to provide the service or comply with legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Choices
- You can deny permissions, but some features may not work.
- You can delete local data by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
- You can contact us to request deletion of server-stored data, if applicable.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
